Well I think my favourite type of landscape has a good backdrop of mountains.  I'm pleased to see this rim of blue beside us all the way.  And they are pineapples in the foreground.

  1. I remember when I was a kid seeing fields and fields of pineapples on the drive to the coast - hardly any anymore.

    1. Yeh, I only saw two or three fields on the trip. There seem to be just as many pineapples in the shop ... I wonder where they are growing.

The end

I retire from the workforce this week and to celebrate have decided to retire my current blogs and start afresh with a single consolidated blog - My Bright Field - to record the delights of my new life adventure.
If you are interested follow me over there.  I will still be Sweet Wayfaring and collecting Royal Hotels.  The delights I discover along the way will appear together with my gardens and towns where I live.
