A country road

The poplars don't colour in the mountains, the leaves just drop off, but out west they go golden. So what better excuse for a drive out to Mudgee for the weekend. I've been wanting to go back ever since our trip on an incredibly hot day in December.

My backlog has been used up so I will be posting every second day for a while.

  2. I love the horizontal divisions in the image, and that even the trees are in transition.

The end

I retire from the workforce this week and to celebrate have decided to retire my current blogs and start afresh with a single consolidated blog - My Bright Field - to record the delights of my new life adventure.
If you are interested follow me over there.  I will still be Sweet Wayfaring and collecting Royal Hotels.  The delights I discover along the way will appear together with my gardens and towns where I live.
