Royal Tumut


Of course the purpose of the tour was to pick up Royal.  This is the first of four, the Royal Hotel at Tumut.

    HAhaha, last time I visited Tumut (a couple of years ago) I actually took a photo of this very hotel just so I could send it to you! I guess I forgot :D

      Yep you must have forgotten as this is the first time Tumut has been added to the collection.

    Tah day another Royal. Is it really necessary to have a sign saying "beer, Food, Music" Isn't that what a pub is for?

Big sky country 3

The Pinnacles, Broken Hill Clear blue sky is very dull!  But there is something of interest in the image.  These odd shaped mountains appear on the skyline just outside the city. I had planned otherwise for my closing sky today.  On a hill outside town there are wonderful sandstone sculptures which I saw the last time I was here. I planned to photograph them against the setting sun but we left our run too late, so you don’t get to see them until our return journey.
