Sea creatures 1 of 3


I was detirmined to try and get some people in my photos. Just to prove to my friends over at 100 Strangers that I can do people (sort of).

Surfers often stand this way, looking over the water. What are they looking for? What are they looking at? I have no idea, sea creatures are a mystery to me.

    Probably similar to you standing at the top of a ridge and just scanning, scanning, scanning the glory of the scene before you.

    They are probably checking out if there is enough danger in the surf to make it worth their while!

    Nice PEOPLE photo ... even if just of young, male, surfies ...

Big sky country 3

The Pinnacles, Broken Hill Clear blue sky is very dull!  But there is something of interest in the image.  These odd shaped mountains appear on the skyline just outside the city. I had planned otherwise for my closing sky today.  On a hill outside town there are wonderful sandstone sculptures which I saw the last time I was here. I planned to photograph them against the setting sun but we left our run too late, so you don’t get to see them until our return journey.
