Going home

That's it for this tirip but we will be back again. I will walk in the opposite direction next time if the weather is nice.

Up the beach

A quick look up the beach before we head back.

Rock crevice

I'm loving the rocks but I have to head back soon.

Sea bird

Some red to brighten the shot.

Sea lines

A new one for the sea lines series.

Rocks

Corrimal Beach is sandy but this one has some rocks.  I like that better.

Back at the creek

The path swings back inland near the creek.  The native paper barks and she oaks have to fight with lantana and morning glory for space.

Sea pool

I've never swum in a sea pool.  I must try it one day.

Red 3 of 3

Red 2 of 3

The path meanders sometimes but the sea, sometimes in the parkland and other times near the creek.

Red 1 of 3

They say red brightens a picture. Walking a busy bike path is disconcerting.  People, bikes, skaters and skateboards advancing swiftly from from behind, passing and the zooming off in front of you.

View from the Bridge

This way and that.

Creek Study

We are back at Corrimal Beach camping so Ian can go out to the Uni. Blessed with a couple of days of relaxation with a mix of good and bad weather I am going to take you on a walk along the bike path during a sunny patch.

Reading

The tiny camera's tiny battery ran out so I went back to my reading. The note with the sculpture says "This bronze and copper sculpture contrasts a series of small human forms with the architectural weight of on oversize staircase. The artwork has a philosophical aspect by reflecting on the effect of reading on the spirit - 'the more I read the smaller I feel'." Crikey, I dunno about you but if reading made me feel like that I'd stop.
