On the way we passed though the fruit growing area of Young ... the bare winter shapes of the trees look gnarled and old not young.

  1. Very droll ...

    Great shapes though.

  2. They make pretty patterns in the sky

  3. Old trees make fantastic shapes. Are they cherry trees?

  4. Winam, without leaves or fruit to guide me I haven't got a clue!

  5. I love gnarled trees. You've captured a fantastic bit of imagery here.

  6. Yes, they do look old and beautiful!

The end

I retire from the workforce this week and to celebrate have decided to retire my current blogs and start afresh with a single consolidated blog - My Bright Field - to record the delights of my new life adventure.
If you are interested follow me over there.  I will still be Sweet Wayfaring and collecting Royal Hotels.  The delights I discover along the way will appear together with my gardens and towns where I live.
