Back at the camp the lines continue. More and more of the campsites are given over to cabins these days but they generally have a few spots for caravans and tent campers. This campsite is very large with plenty of spots for all types.
The tiny camera's tiny battery ran out so I went back to my reading. The note with the sculpture says "This bronze and copper sculpture contrasts a series of small human forms with the architectural weight of on oversize staircase. The artwork has a philosophical aspect by reflecting on the effect of reading on the spirit - 'the more I read the smaller I feel'." Crikey, I dunno about you but if reading made me feel like that I'd stop.
We often stay in cabins but I like to see some shady trees.

ReplyDeleteI'd feel like I had to get up every morning and stand at attention outside the front door.
I know how you feel. Curbing and guttering alone make me feel like that. I dread the day it reaches our house in the mountains.
