Flinders Ranges 1-2

Every time you turn in the Flinders there is another totally different view whether it’s a change in the mountain shapes, the vegetation, the colour of the soil or the play of sunlight on the land.

I have selected just 10 images taken from the dozens that delight me.  I’ll show you two each day.

  1. I like the bottom photo. The folds of the hills and the varying textures of the ground makes the scene really interesting.

  2. I like how you've captured the details of the vegetation. I lose all sense of distance when I'm in places as vast as this.

The end

I retire from the workforce this week and to celebrate have decided to retire my current blogs and start afresh with a single consolidated blog - My Bright Field - to record the delights of my new life adventure.
If you are interested follow me over there.  I will still be Sweet Wayfaring and collecting Royal Hotels.  The delights I discover along the way will appear together with my gardens and towns where I live.
