Sweet Wayfaring

I think this seed pod is from one of the very showwy grevillia flowers that were blooming at Balls Head Reserve. Its shape is quite lovely.

By the end of the bug chase the sun was shining nicely so time to walk back to our campsite, pack up and go home.

Remnants of rich rainforests are in the coastal hinterland. Minnamurra Rainforest, part of Buderroo National Park is a delightful spot to visit where an elevated boardwalk meanders through the trees.
