I named this post after the mythical many headed beast. This intriguing photo of the giraffes with their heads so perfectly aligned was actually in the background of the another shot I was taking.

Aren't they beautiful.

  2. Oh - this is wonderful! Love that it was "in the background." I love that about photos. You think you know what you are snapping - then you look again, with new eyes - and voila - something you didn't SEE the first time.
